there was going to be a picture blog here, and there will be. but right now i can't fit my memory stick between the bars that go across the front of the computer... oh well. man it out.
man it out. patrick has made that phrase lose all meaning by saying it at every opportunity.
i am in a club in prague right now.
i've eaten so well, more than ever infact.
i narrowly avoided a strip club, and the boat were staying on is ace.
on impulse bought a ukulele, serenaded many people.
chris tried to buy weed but accidently bought bits off a christmas tree.
bottles of beer are about 30 pence. so much cheaper than water, i'm a sucker - everyone buying pints, even the girls. there i am with a strawberry milkshake.
oh yeah, on monday our flight was cancelled. that was irritating! i stayed over patrick's and we had a curry. that day was the best. snow everywhere, was out all day sledding and snowball fighting. best bit was when the polite indian waiter served jamies sizzling steaming duck, with his face over the steam "i..i can't actually see.. a thing" while being burned. jamie re-enacted it and i nearly cried laughing. "i can't actually see" is now a meme.
'dickweed' is how everyone has been saying thankyou to czech people. i feel kind of awkward.
the city is full of beautiful old buildings. really pleasant place. i doubt i'd visit here if i had a choice of country/city. i like to go to countries to see the actual landscapes more than the architecture, or nightlife. the journey from the airport to the boat was basically like england with different fonts on the street signs. the journey to stansted was awful, got up at 4am, worst conditions ever... driving down the M11 at 30mph in pitch black sky, snow and ice on the roads, and about 2m visibility in front. dad was a hero though and ...manned it out. then yeah, flight cancelled. such a waste :( but still, in the end the day was awesome. the best bit about the trip so far has been the company. i don't really hang out with these guys out of college and it's fun to be forced into this situation with these different characters and see how everyone ticks. kinda like reality television, without the television. reality.
i bought a poster and watched howls moving castle with jamie. we got a room with the single beds pushed together and double covers... so we pulled the beds apart to jamie's dismay.
so anyway, yeah, we managed to nab 28 of 33 free seats on a plane on the tuesday and extended the trip to friday.
i didn't really wanna extend to friday. i just wanna go home really, see Ruth.
i'm so happy i have someone to come home to. i love being outside of england though, don't get me wrong. next foreign holiday, it's gotta just be me, you, and a car.
sorry i haven't been blogging as much as i wanted. matter of fact i reckon this will be my only *in prague* blog. wireless internet access is so annoyingly difficult. everytime i refresh my airport, theres a whole new set of isdn names and i don't get on any of them, despite having no wep or wpa keys. but i found this computer in this nightclub. everyone is upstairs getting crunk and i'm being a nerd. story of my life!
i enjoyed this holiday, while it lasted, but the bottom line is i'm more than happy to be going back to what i've been missing for the last week or so.
xxxx
this blog will be replaced with a picture blog with mainly my phone pictures. not too bad quality shots though. check it tomorrow evening some point i guess.

Fucking awesome blog.
You make me feel less like an outsider somehow. Thank you Narayan!
Oh btw and fyi I've been getting to know Ruth over the past few days via Myspace comments and this verywebsite. And it is very much a website. And she is lovely and special and you are perfect. not quite individually but together perhaps.
I will see you soon.
